Our valuesThe respect for the environment
Our old winery is like a small museum that shows the activity of the Cavallini company over time, the equipment used by previous generations is on display, from which we have inherited both material assets and values such as the respect for the environment for the times and the rhythms of the countryside and enthusiasm for hospitality.

Our historyMore than 100 years
Mario Cavallini, founder of our agricultural company in 1919, on his return from the First World War, decided to changed his fruit and wine trading license and choose to devote himself to grapes and wine.
Over time the company continued to be family-run, the founder was succeeded by his son Carlo who, together with his sons Bruno and Renzo, carried on with passion the work of winemaker.

The tradition continuesBulk wine
In addition to the sale of bottled wine, our company offers the customer the opportunity to also buy bulk wine. It has always been a tradition in Oltrepò Pavese to welcome with pleasure those who came to buy the wine to be bottled directly from the winemaker, moments of conviviality that we remember and we still propose today.
